In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "mdg128", "Platform", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the online betting platform operating at https://mdg128.cam and all associated services, products, and features offered thereunder.
• "You", "Player", or "Member" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the mdg128 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a Player on the mdg128 platform.
• "Services" means all betting, gaming, lottery, live casino, and ancillary services offered by mdg128, including but not limited to sports betting, togel (numbers lottery), live dealer casino, slot games, crash games, and sabung ayam (cockfighting) streaming markets.
• "Funds" means any Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) balance held in a Player's Account.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, or cashback amount credited to a Player's Account pursuant to a promotion, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification, including submission of valid Indonesian national identification documents (KTP).
• "WIB" means Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), which is the primary reference time zone for mdg128 customer service hours, draw schedules, and promotional deadlines unless otherwise stated.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region from which access to mdg128 is restricted by applicable law or internal platform policy.

To register and use the mdg128 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while your Account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. mdg128 is a strictly adults-only platform. We do not accept registrations from individuals under 21 years old.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and automated systems may not register as Players.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party. Each Account must represent one individual Player only.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, or agent of mdg128 or any of its affiliated entities, unless prior written consent has been obtained.
• You must not be accessing mdg128 from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement, either with mdg128 or through any third-party responsible gambling registry.

When registering for an mdg128 account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. You further agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one Account on mdg128. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances and any pending winnings.
• Account Credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share, transfer, or sell your Account or Account credentials to any third party.
• Account Currency: All accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). mdg128 does not currently support multi-currency accounts.
• Accuracy of Information: mdg128 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify the accuracy of the information provided at registration. Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
• Account Security: You must notify mdg128 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. mdg128 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access where the Player has failed to maintain appropriate security over their credentials.

mdg128 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process. KYC verification is required before any withdrawal request will be processed. Deposits may be accepted prior to KYC completion; however, mdg128 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until KYC is fully satisfied.

• Required Documents: Players must submit a clear, legible copy of a valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP — Kartu Tanda Penduduk). Additional documents, such as proof of address or proof of payment method ownership, may be requested at mdg128's discretion.
• Processing Time: KYC review typically completes within 15–60 minutes during standard business hours (WIB). Complex cases may take longer. Players will be notified of the outcome via their registered email address.
• Data Handling: All KYC documents are processed and stored in accordance with mdg128's Privacy Policy. Documents are used solely for identity verification and anti-money laundering (AML) compliance purposes.
• Re-verification: mdg128 reserves the right to request re-verification at any time, including for large withdrawals or when suspicious activity is detected on an account.

5.1 Deposits

mdg128 accepts deposits via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. Deposits are credited to a Player's Account instantly upon confirmation by the relevant payment provider. mdg128 does not charge deposit fees; however, individual banks or e-wallet providers may apply their own transfer charges, which are the responsibility of the Player.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the payment method from which the original deposit was made, except where mdg128 agrees otherwise in writing. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Standard withdrawals to BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri are typically processed within five minutes of approval. E-wallet withdrawals to OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja are typically processed within three minutes.

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• mdg128 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing withdrawals above Rp 10.000.000.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts. The withdrawal destination must match the name on the Player's registered mdg128 Account.
• mdg128 does not charge standard withdrawal fees. Processing times may extend beyond the stated averages during system maintenance windows or periods of exceptionally high transaction volume.

5.3 Failed Transactions

If a deposit or withdrawal fails for reasons attributable to the payment provider (e.g., bank downtime, e-wallet service interruption), mdg128 will not be held liable for the delay. Players should contact mdg128 support with the transaction reference number for expedited resolution.

mdg128 offers various promotional bonuses including, but not limited to, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and referral rewards. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Welcome Bonus: A 100% deposit match bonus up to Rp 1.000.000 is available to new Players on their first qualifying deposit. Minimum qualifying deposit is Rp 50.000. Wagering requirement: 30x the bonus amount. Validity period: 14 days from activation.
• Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated in specific promotion terms, wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount only (not the deposit amount). Wagering must be completed within the stated validity period; unused bonus funds expire automatically at the end of the validity period.
• Eligible Games: Unless specifically stated, sports betting markets, togel lottery, and slot games contribute fully (100%) toward wagering requirements. Live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in individual promotion terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold and wager one active bonus at a time. Claiming a new bonus while an existing bonus has an outstanding wagering requirement will be subject to mdg128's discretion.
• Abuse Prevention: mdg128 reserves the right to void bonus funds and any associated winnings if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a Player or group of Players has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering, low-risk wagering strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or any other conduct that mdg128 deems contrary to the spirit of the promotion.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus: Unless otherwise stated, winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to a maximum withdrawal cap of 5x the bonus amount. Any winnings exceeding this cap will be removed at the time of withdrawal processing.

The following general betting rules apply to all sports and event markets on mdg128. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published separately within each product area.

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by mdg128. A bet is considered accepted only when a confirmation reference number is issued to the Player. mdg128 reserves the right to refuse any bet, in whole or in part, without providing a reason.
• Odds Changes: Odds are subject to change until a bet is formally accepted and confirmed. The odds displayed at confirmation are the odds that apply to the bet. In the event of a technical error in odds or market data, mdg128 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the Player's account.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per event. These limits vary by market type and are displayed within the relevant betting interface. mdg128 reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual accounts based on risk assessment.
• Mix Parlay: Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all selected legs to win for the bet to pay out. Void selections reduce the accumulator accordingly. One void selection on a two-selection parlay results in the bet being settled as a single.
• Live Betting: Live (in-play) betting markets are subject to temporary suspension during periods of high event activity (e.g., goals, red cards, injuries). Bets submitted during a suspension period will not be accepted. Results and settlements for live markets are final subject to the outcome of the relevant event.
• Settlement and Disputes: All bets are settled in accordance with official results from the relevant governing body (e.g., PSSI for BRI Liga 1, UEFA for Champions League). In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, the Player must contact mdg128 support within 48 hours of the event conclusion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mdg128 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, cancellation of pending bets and withdrawals, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using the platform for any fraudulent, unlawful, or deceptive purpose.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to manipulate odds, markets, or game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from known or suspected system errors are void and will not be paid out.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds for the purpose of disguising their illicit origin.
• Opening multiple accounts or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account-per-person policy.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Attempting to access another Player's account without authorization.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing mdg128 staff or other Players through any communication channel.

All content on the mdg128 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design, graphics, text, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of mdg128 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the mdg128 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or transmit any content from the platform; reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component; or frame or mirror any part of the platform on any other website or application.

mdg128 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

mdg128 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification services, and fraud-prevention providers solely for the purpose of delivering the Services. mdg128 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment; it is not a reliable source of income. If gambling ceases to be entertaining or begins to negatively affect your financial situation, mental health, or personal relationships, mdg128 urges you to seek help immediately.

mdg128 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control spending. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Controls: Set maximum session durations to manage the amount of time spent on the platform per day.
• Cool-Off Periods: Request a temporary account restriction (24 hours to 6 weeks) during which you will be unable to log in or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent self-exclusion from mdg128. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of six months. During self-exclusion, any re-registration attempts will be rejected.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mdg128's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with the Services — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

mdg128 shall not be liable under any circumstances for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
• Service interruptions, outages, or degraded performance caused by events outside mdg128's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, internet disruptions, DDoS attacks, natural disasters, or government-mandated service restrictions.
• Errors or delays in the transmission of data by third-party payment providers, including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• Inaccurate odds or market data resulting from third-party data provider errors, where such errors are not attributable to mdg128's own negligence.
• Unauthorized access to a Player's account attributable to the Player's failure to maintain secure credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit mdg128's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.

mdg128 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event of:

• Any actual or suspected breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a request.
• Any actual or suspected fraudulent, money-laundering, or collusive activity.
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory directive, or other legally binding instruction requiring account restriction or closure.
• A Player's self-exclusion request, whether submitted directly to mdg128 or through an applicable responsible gaming program.

Upon lawful account closure, any remaining balance of real-money (non-bonus) funds will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method after all outstanding security checks have been completed. Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements are forfeited upon account closure for cause.

A Player may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting mdg128 support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five business days.

mdg128 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, mdg128 will notify registered Players via their registered email address and/or via a prominent notice on the platform at least seven days before the changes take effect, except where changes are required by law or regulatory obligation, in which case they may take effect immediately.

Continued use of the mdg128 platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised Terms. If a Player does not agree to the amended Terms, they should discontinue use of the platform and request account closure before the effective date.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mdg128 is licensed and incorporated.

mdg128 operates as an internationally regulated platform. Indonesian players access mdg128 voluntarily and are responsible for determining whether online gambling is lawful in their personal jurisdiction. mdg128 does not represent or warrant that the Services are lawful or appropriate for use in any particular jurisdiction.

Any dispute arising between mdg128 and a Player that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with mdg128 support shall be referred to binding arbitration. Players agree to waive any right to pursue claims through courts or class-action proceedings.
